Soares

Nuno Soares is a portuguese violinist who completed a degree at the Royal College of Music, London, a Master of Music in Performance at the Cleveland Institute of Music (USA), and is undertaking the DMus Program at the Aveiro University, studying the music of Francisco Benetó. Soares is an active soloist and chamber musician and he also teaches violin at Escola Profissional de Música de Espinho and Universidade de Aveiro. In the last years he has devoted special attention to Portuguese music for violin through investigation, critical editing and recording repertoire of Portuguese composers.
