With an approach to music unusually complete, it is one of the most versatile clarinetists of its kind generation. He performed at the biggest halls across the country in concerts with orchestra, solo and in other projects pedagogical and social. Teaches at Metropolitan Professional School and Almada Music Academy. Integrate the Portuguese Chamber Orchestra, the del'Arte Ensemble and the MPMP Ensemble since its creation. He is artistic director of the Seixal Clarinet Competition. Miguel Costa is a Yamaha Artist and uses clarinets Custom CSGIII.
