Evgueni Zoudilkine (1968-) was born in Borovsk, Russia. He studied at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, where he completed his Masters in Composition in 1991. He later completed his postgraduate studies at the same Conservatory. In 2004 he completed his PhD in Music at the University of Aveiro. Since 1996 he has been a professor of Composition, Music Analysis and Theory at the University of Aveiro, Portugal. He has guided seminars and courses in Composition, Musical Language, Orchestration and Analysis and Composition Techniques. He regularly presents presentations dedicated to his music and conferences on contemporary Portuguese music. The works were released at International Music Festivals, including Moscow International Music Festival Autumn, Saint Petersburg International Music Festival, Swarthmore Music and Dance Festival (USA), Villahermosa International Festival (Mexico), among others. He has several works published on CD by the publishers: Numérica, Slovart Music, MPMP and Phonedition.
